
Mrs. Doedtman's classes are separating plants to get ready for the plant sale.





Congratulations to the newly inducted National Honor Society members. The ceremony was held last night at Beecher City Jr. Sr. High School. Thank you to all who attended and to Gayla and Megan for the wonderful meal.



Mrs. Peterson's classes are working on Pi Day activities.





Parachute in PE, Miles of Smiles Play, OrganWise with U of I Extension, letter practice, guest reader, and after school students made self portraits of Blowing a Bubble









Mr. Tarr's Ag classes built catfish boxes this year. Yesterday, they got to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers place the boxes in Lake Shelbyville. This opportunity was provided through the Youth Ambassadors Program.

FFA participated in the Section 20 Meats Science Contest last night. The team finished 4th, and Adam Stuckemeyer was 9th high individual. Team members include: Mason Felty, Gracie Wright, Beau Doedtman, Adam Stuckemeyer, Isaac Miller, Gage Hart, and Baylee Miller. Great job, team!


Congratulations to the CHBC scholar bowl team for winning the EIC tournament. Hadley and Layne made 1st team all conference. Wyatt and Kiel made 2nd team all conference.


The Fifth Grade Class was challenged to build the tallest tower out of spaghetti and tape that can hold a marshmallow on top.






A class presentation, a change in reading levels, and outdoor activities in the beautiful weather.







A busy week at the Grade School











Come out and support the Beecher City High School FFA tomorrow at the pancake breakfast. It is from 7 to 11 AM in the high school cafeteria.


Today was petting zoo, green hand, and apparel day for FFA week.







It is FFA Week at the high school. Today was western Wednesday.



Junior high volleyball practice tonight is not mandatory.

The high school basketball game for tonight is cancelled. It is rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 17th with Fresh/Soph starting at 1:00 PM.

To celebrate FBLA Week, several FBLA members shared a book at the Grade School, and the Student Council continues to host lunch buddies.
