Today Beecher City students attended Doty Farms for Farm Safety Day. Students had the opportunity to do ride and drives, watch a PowerPoint on farm safety and sit in a combine and a sprayer. Thanks to Doty Farms, Miller Ag, Mile End Ag and Craig Anderson for setting this up!





The Ann Crooker St. Clair DAR chapter announced that Justin Neu has been selected as the winner of the 2019-2020 DAR American History Essay Contest for 5th Grade.

The Beecher City peer listeners went to the Shumway Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen to help out. Thank you Enduring Freedom Ministries for allowing the students to help out!

The Beecher City High School has a big evening planned for the community on February 21st, 2020!
The Class of 2021 will be serving a meal from 4 pm - 7 pm in the high school cafeteria. The menu is your choice of pork burger or hot dog, a side, dessert, and drink.
It is the last home-game and Senior Night for the CHBC Varsity Boys Basketball team and Cheerleaders. The Fresh/Soph game begins at 5 pm, and the CHBC Cheerleaders will be performing their light show.
The Beecher City Educational Foundation will be drawing their 50/50 winner at halftime of the varsity game. The winner will take home $2,000 CASH. A limited number of tickets are still available.


The High School Boys Fresh/Soph basketball game scheduled for this evening, February 20 has been cancelled. Players will have practice from 3-5:10

The Donsbach/Meinhart Agency of COUNTRY® Financial in Effingham recognize the February 2020 Kids Have Talent winner. The Student of the month is Katlyn Arnett from Beecher City School. Katlyn was nominated for her leadership & outstanding work at the arts. Congratulations!
