This past week Beecher City High School hosted the National Trail Conference girls basketball tournament. The Neoga Indians defeated the St. Anthony Bulldogs in overtime to win the championship. The CHBC Bobcats defeated the Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg Hatchets for the consolation. CHBC's senior, Gracie Heckert, was named to the all-tournament team. A huge thank you to all those that volunteered throughout the week to help this tournament be a success. A special thank you to Beecher City's athletic director, Carolyn Wendte, whose leadership helped coordinate the event.
